Meet Brayden.

Brayden developed the Freewater Swim program with a simple purpose: helping children build practical skills, confidence, and enjoyment in water, with parents as partners in the process. Raised in a homeschooling family, Brayden grew up with a love of learning that extended far beyond the traditional classroom. His upbringing encouraged curiosity, independence, strong values, and the freedom to explore God’s creation. A natural adventurer at heart, Brayden has traveled extensively throughout the United States, developing a deep appreciation for nature, the outdoors, and the valuable life lessons that come from experiencing them firsthand. Brayden believes some of life’s most meaningful lessons happen outside the classroom. Guided by his faith, Brayden hopes to share his spirit of freedom, independence and adventure with the next generation —all while strengthening family bonds and creating memories that last a lifetime.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Let’s clear
the water.
Have another question?
We’d love to hear from you.
What ages do you teach?
We are developing instruction for young children. Please share your child’s age range so we can discuss eligibility and the right starting point.
Do parents participate?
Parent involvement is central to our approach. We will discuss how you can participate when reviewing your family’s needs.
Where do lessons take place? Do we need a pool?
Our initial focus is Plant City and communities within approximately 30 miles. Lesson locations and pool arrangements will be confirmed with each family before enrollment.
How long and how often are lessons?
The introductory program spans four weeks. Session length, frequency, and total sessions are being finalized; contact us for current program details.
How much does the program cost?
Contact us for introductory program details and current pricing. An inquiry does not commit you to enrollment.
Is prior swim experience necessary?
Tell us about your child’s comfort in the water. We will discuss suitability and a starting point tailored to their experience.
What happens in bad weather?
Weather and rescheduling policies will be shared before enrollment. Please ask us about the current arrangements.
What should we expect from the first lesson?
We will discuss your goals, your child’s comfort in the water, and the proposed learning approach before you begin.
How do you evaluate progress?
Our approach emphasizes age-appropriate skill progression and parent feedback. Specific milestones and assessment arrangements will be discussed before enrollment.
Do you guarantee swimming or water safety results?
No. Every child learns differently, and no swim program can make a child drown-proof. Lessons are one layer of water safety, never a substitute for active adult supervision, appropriate barriers, or protective measures.
