Who this website is for
Freewater Learning Co. provides information for parents, guardians, and adult inquirers. We do not offer child accounts or knowingly invite children to submit personal information.
Information you choose to share
Forms may collect an adult’s name, email, optional phone number, city or ZIP, inquiry message, interests, and a child’s age range. Please do not submit child names, birth dates, medical histories, or other sensitive information. We also record submission time, page source, consent version, and campaign parameters when provided.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to respond about the services you request. Only separate, explicit marketing consent adds your email to the selected interest lists. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and sharing
Submissions are stored with restricted access in Lovable Cloud. We may use service providers to process inquiries and deliver authorized communications. A newsletter provider is not currently connected. We do not sell your information.
Email choices
Marketing signup is optional. When a marketing provider is connected, messages must include an effective unsubscribe option. You can also request a change to your email preferences through our contact form.
Analytics and technical data
A framework for conversion events is present, but no external analytics provider is currently configured. Campaign attribution can be stored with a submission. Future analytics or nonessential tracking must receive appropriate disclosure and consent where required.
Photos and recordings
Current website images are AI-generated illustrations, not Freewater students or instructors. Actual child photos or lesson recordings may only be used with appropriate guardian authorization; optional video feedback is not currently offered.
Your choices and requests
Use the contact form to request access, corrections, removal of your information, or help with privacy questions. Applicable rights and any lawful exceptions will be reviewed before this policy is finalized.
Items requiring review
Before publication, the owners must confirm the privacy contact, retention period, deletion procedure, provider arrangements, applicable legal rights, and any recording permissions. This draft has not been legally reviewed.
